Terms & Conditions

​We ask for a small, non refundable deposit to enable us to begin your portrait 

Once you order is complete, we will send you a photograph of it, to make sure you are happy. If you are not happy, we will do everything we can to ensure the final portrait is perfect for you
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your final portrait, we will offer to redo the portrait. If you are still unhappy we will
refund a portion of the price
If you are having your portrait sent in the  post, we will ensure we do everything we can to protect it during transport. however, if it does arrive damaged, please send a photo of it, as it has arrived and a description of the damage, so that a replacement can be arranged

 

These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website
